Online Discussion Groups in 2021

Following the huge success of Rett Education 2020, Rett UK’s Communication and Education team will be hosting monthly discussion groups during 2021 which focus on talks/topics from the conference and give us all a chance to discuss them together in greater depth.

These informal sessions will be held live and are open to anyone who has watched the designated talks for each month’s chosen topic.

Attendees can turn on their cameras and microphones to engage in a friendly and open discussion with the hosts and with each other.

These sessions will not be recorded and will not be available to watch later.

To join a Discussion Group:

If you have not already registered as a Conference attendee, do so now. If you are registered already, that's great!

Each Discussion Group will be available to add to your own schedule 3 weeks in advance of the session (but you do need to register as a Conference attendee first).

Put the dates in your diary now and come back month by month as each link becomes active.

To add any of the Discussion Groups to your schedule, log into the Conference website (this website), go the Categories tab, select Discussion Groups and select that month's featured session, then "add to my schedule". An hour before the session begins you will be sent a reminder email with a link to join live.

When it is time for the live session, make yourself a cuppa, find a comfortable place to sit with your laptop/computer, turn on your camera and microphone, click on the link you have been sent by email (or log into this website and click on the live Discussion Group session). Then join our conversation!
