In this session we will be discussing the two talks given by Susan Norwell on Getting Started with No-Tech and Soft-Tech AAC, and Introducing High-Tech – We Have the Device, Now What? These talks establish the foundations of communication for someone with complex communication needs, with the no/low tech methods underpinning the technology.
